Terms of Service

DevStory provides product history and intelligence tools for development teams, including integrations with third-party services you authorize (for example GitHub, Jira, Notion, Trello, or Confluence).

We may update features, plan limits, or availability over time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.

Access is limited to authorized users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

Workspace owners may manage membership (seats), integrations, and billing settings. Paid plans are billed per active seat as described on our Pricing page.

Paid plans are subscriptions charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated at checkout). Prices are listed in USD per seat unless a different currency is shown at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns and refunds for those transactions in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

By completing a purchase you agree to Paddle’s checkout terms presented at the time of payment. Workspace owners can change paid seat quantity from the workspace billing settings: adding seats charges the payment method on file for the remainder of the current period; removing seats takes effect immediately and does not credit unused time unless required by law. You can update the payment method or cancel through the billing portal linked from your workspace, or by contacting support.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use DevStory in violation of applicable law or third-party terms for connected integrations.

DevStory and its underlying software, branding, and documentation are owned by Oleksandr Romanyeyev. You retain ownership of your data and grant us the rights necessary to operate the service on your behalf.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Oleksandr Romanyeyev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
